用双醛淀粉制作白湿皮的研究 被引量:11

摘要 在用变性淀粉进行白湿皮试验过程中,优选出用双醛淀粉制作白湿皮的最佳工艺条件:液比1.0,温度25℃,pH值8.0,双醛淀粉3%,鞣制时间3小时。该工艺制成的白湿皮丰满,增厚明显,Ts780℃,少铬鞣制时吸铬良好,废液含铬量少,比传统铬鞣法节约红矾50%左右。成草质量指标除含铬量稍低外,均达到部颁指标。 Through a series of experiments with converted starch,a optimum treatment with dialdehyde is sought out:the float is 100%,water temperature 25℃,pH 8. 0 and the amount of dialdehyde 3%. The treating time is 3 hours' The resulted wet-white leather is full and has an obvious increase in thickness,and its Ts gets to 78℃ And if less chrome tannage is applied,the chrome content of waste water is low,and the consumption of bichromate can be reduced by 50% or so. All but the chrome content reach the standardirations of leather products
