单烷基磷酸酯加脂的防水软革

本文介绍用于增强铬鞣革防水性的新型加脂剂ＭＡＰ，ＭＡＰ是单烷基磷酸酯，用ＭＡＰ处理革具有高度疏水性和润湿性，这种革在抗水，抗汗，无涂层时抗溶剂性方面都显示良好性能，而且分别在手感，柔软度，平滑度方面具有很好性能，ＭＡＰ的其它优点是可以不改变加工过程而在一般工序中应用。

Monoalkyl phosphates(MAP) are a new fatliquor agent prepared in our laboratory to increase the hydrophobicity of chrome leather. The MAP treated leathers, which were highly hydrophobic and lubricative, show good resistance against water, perspiration, and solvents without any finish coatings and are excellent in feeling, softness, and smoothness, respectively. The other merit of MAP is that it is applicable under the usual way without any changes in own manufacturing process.
