摘要 在由盐腌皮制备软革的过程中,以少铬鞣过程为依据,我们对铬鞣废液的循环及重新使用以制备蓝湿皮的效果进行了检验。盐腌皮被片皮后,再用生皮重4%的铬鞣剂对其进行加工,然后,对蓝湿皮进行剖层,削匀,及不含铬的复鞣剂复鞣。在这种鞣制过程中,我们认识到铬鞣剂的使用量可被大量减少,而用这种蓝湿皮制得的软面革及绒面剖层革都具有良好的质量。因此,通过少铬鞣过程,在蓝湿皮制备中铬废液的循环使用可以有效地减少被使用铬的总量及流失铬的总量。 The effects of the recycling and reuse of chrome tannins effluent, based on the saved chrome tanning process, were examined for the preparation of wet blue in making soft type leather from steer hide.The pelt of steer hide was preliminary split, and processed into wet blue by using 4% of chrome tanning agent baSed on the pelt weight. Then, the wet blue waS split, shaVed and retanned with a non-chrome retanning agent. In this tanning process,a significant reduction in used amount of chrome tanning agent was reallied. The soft type leather and velour split leather prepared with the wet blue were of good quality.Accordingly the recyCling reuse of chrome effluent in wet blue preparation by saved chrome tanning process was effctive in reducing the overall amounts of used chrome and discharged chrome.
