芳砜桥型合成鞣剂的组成和结构研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文合成了一种新的芳砜桥型鞣剂。用化学方法分离出其有效成分,用HPLC,GPC,IR,MS等现代手段对其组成和结构,分子量大小及分布进行了研究。结果表明,该鞣剂属砜桥型代替性婊剂,IR谱有明显的芳砜基特征吸收峰,与意大利Seici公司典型的白色革芳砜鞣剂NubuctanSB的特征吸收峰一致;鞣质部分由八个极性不同的组分组成,分子量分布宽,大小适中,对皮胶原纤维有良好的渗透层次。应用结果表明,该鞣剂是当前较为理想的白色革复鞣剂。此外.本文建立的缩聚物(禁质)的分离及组成结构表征方法也可适用于其它芳香族合成鞣剂的研究。 A new retanning agent with aromatic sulfone groups is synthesised Its tanning are obtained by chemical method. Compositions and structure, molecular weight and its disfribution of the polycondensate are investigated by HPLC .GPC IR .MS, and etc, results show that the said tanning agent is arylsulfone bridge-type subsitute syntan: there is a characteristic absorption Peak of aryisulfone radiial same as Nubuctan SB tanning agent(white leather arylsulfone bridge-type syntan, product of Seici Co, Italy); the polycondensate(tannin) is made up of 8 fractions with variola twitted, has suitable molecular weight and large its distribution, and has a fairly gial permeable hierarchic for the various apertures of leather collageous fibres. Application result shows that the said syntan is a good retanning agent for white leather tannage.In addition, the separation method and the Characteristics of compositions and structure for the polycondensate (tannin) set up in this paper can be also used in other aromatic syntan.
