摘要
本文采用溶液聚合方式合成了具有复鞣,加脂,防水等多种功能的复鞣剂AWP—I,应用对比实验方法对其特性进行了研究。结果表明:用AWP-I复鞣后的革,手感柔软,丰满,弹性好,增厚作用明显,动,静态抗水性强,透气性优良,耐水洗和干洗。同时由于该复鞣剂的多功能性,所以,使用AWP—I可以起到简化工艺,节省时间和能源的目的。
A new polymer syntan(AWP-I ) which was developed to retan, fatliquor and waterproof the mineral-tanned leather has been synthesised by solution copolymerhation in this paper. A series of experiments were designed to determine the properties of AWP-I And the results show that the leather made only with the AWP-I has a characteristic of softness,fullness, apparent thickness ratio, and good dynamic and static water -resistance. From the results it is also noticed that the treated leather is washable and dry cleanable. So using AWP-I. the aim of saving energy, simplifying leather wet procedures can be reached.
