AWP─Ⅰ防水型皮革复鞣剂的研制及应用

A NEW POLYMER SYNTAN FOR WATERPROOFING OF LEATHER

本文采用溶液聚合方式合成了具有复鞣，加脂，防水等多种功能的复鞣剂ＡＷＰ—Ｉ，应用对比实验方法对其特性进行了研究。结果表明：用ＡＷＰ－Ｉ复鞣后的革，手感柔软，丰满，弹性好，增厚作用明显，动，静态抗水性强，透气性优良，耐水洗和干洗。同时由于该复鞣剂的多功能性，所以，使用ＡＷＰ—Ｉ可以起到简化工艺，节省时间和能源的目的。

A new polymer syntan(AWP-I ) which was developed to retan, fatliquor and waterproof the mineral-tanned leather has been synthesised by solution copolymerhation in this paper. A series of experiments were designed to determine the properties of AWP-I And the results show that the leather made only with the AWP-I has a characteristic of softness,fullness, apparent thickness ratio, and good dynamic and static water -resistance. From the results it is also noticed that the treated leather is washable and dry cleanable. So using AWP-I. the aim of saving energy, simplifying leather wet procedures can be reached.
