皮革涂饰用水乳型聚氨酯结构对性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文从聚氨酯结构出发,讨论了聚氨酯软硬段比例,扩链剂和交联剂用量,反应温度及有机硅共聚改性对聚氨酯水乳液成膜性能的影响,结果表明:聚氨酯软段成分越多,涂膜越软,强度越低,伸长率越大;扩链剂和交联剂的用量在一个适当的范围内,才能使乳液兼具贮存稳定,成膜强度高,伸长率大且耐湿擦等综合性能;反应型聚有机硅氧烷与聚氨酯共聚可进一步改善成膜手感并提高涂膜耐湿擦级数。 This paper gives the effect of the ratio of polgurethancs'soft segments to the hard, the amount of chain extender and cross-linker, the molecular weight of polyurethane(PU) and copolpoerhation with polydimethyisiloxane upon properties of aqueous PU dispersions(APUD) and film formed from it It shows that the more the ratio is, the softer the film and the lower tensile strength is. Only a suitable kind and amount range of chain extender and cross-linker can prepare excellent emulsion with good storage stability, high film's tensile strength, large film's elongation and good colour-faStness Copolpoeriring with Polwnethylsiloxane shows better colour-fastness and silk-like handle than before
