摘要
本文叙述了研制新型改性丙烯酸树脂的结果。作者应用了高分子理论,引入了多官能基,交联改性,摈弃甲醛致癌物,改变树脂内部结构;作者还提出一个新的乳化概念并用于研究,制得的两个新型树脂产品具有许多良好性能,如抗电介质,耐候性好,涂膜坚韧折裂牢度高,解快了“热粘”,“冷脆”,适用于多种轻革涂饰。
This paper described a study on developing new type modified acrylic resin finishes. In this study the author applied the theory of high molecularchemistry, introduced the multifunctional groups to change the internal structure of the resin and to modify the resin by a crosslinking reaction without using for maldehyde(carcinogen). The author also advanced a new concept on the emulsification and used it in his study. As a result, two new acrylic resin finishes were developed which have many excellent properties, such as, high resistant to electuotatesand weather fastness The 'Cold crack ',and 'heat sticky'have been avoided. The report said that these new products are sritable for coating many kinds of light leather produced in tanneries
