摘要
小球孔类零件是缝纫机行业中使用较为普遍,用于传递复杂运动和空间力,运动精度和精度保持性要求较高的一类重要零件。现行的精加工方法有许多弊端,致使装配配研量大、运动精度保持性低。本文通过对传统精加工原理的分析,设计了一种新型小球孔精加工专用刀具系统,以实现对不同尺寸、不同材料的小球孔类零件高精高效的加工。
The small--spherical--hole parts are widely used in industrial sewing machine factories,which are used to transfer complex motion and spatial forces. These parts require a higher motion precision and precision durability. The existing finishing cutting methods have many shortcomings. There are many problems remain in the production sueh as too many materials to be grinded in assembly and lower precision durability and etc. Through the analySis of the tranditional methods,a new special cutting--tool system for the smallspherical--hole finishing cutting is designed in this paper. By using this new system to the special--purpose machine tool,various small--spherical--hole parts of different materials and different sizes can be processed with high precision and high efficiency. Comparing the tranditional methods with the new method,it is concluded that the new method can get high mechanical processing precision.
