苹果贮藏保鲜技术研究

RESEARCH OF THE APPLE PRESERVE AND STORAGE - FRESH TECHNIQUE

本文研究一种新型无毒化学保鲜剂在常温条件下（窖藏）对苹果的贮藏保鲜效果。结果表明，ＸＵ化学保鲜剂显示有良好的保鲜、防冻、抗病和保水效果。

This paper is about a new nontoxin chemical storage -- fresh agent and the effect of the apple preserve and storage -- freshness, it was used in normal temperature (cellar storage). The result has shown that the XU chemical storage --fresh agent is provided with the better effect of storage -- freshness the prevent frostbite, the discease - resistant and the preserve moisture.
