锌的新显色反应及其应用研究

摘要 本文报道在表面活性剂OS-15存在下锌与PAN的显色反应及其应用。实验表明,在pH6.8—7.8的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,形成的三元配合物最大吸收波长为556nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达到5.42×1041·mol-1·cm-1,锌含量在0—150μg/50ml浓度范围内遵守比耳定律。将该法应用于某些食品中锌含量的测定,结果比、较满意。 The color reaction between Zn(Ⅱ ) and PAN in the presence of surfsctant OS--15 and its application in food analysis were reported in this paper. The ternary complex has maximum obsorption at 556urn in pH6. 8--7. 8 phosphate buffer medium, and its molar absorptivity is 5. 42 × 1041. mol--1. cm--1. Beer's law is obeyed in concentration range of 0-150μg/50ml. This method can be applied to the spectrophotometric determinations of micro amounts and trace zinc in foodstuffs, and analysis result is relatively satisfactory.
