摘要
本文在计算机辅助造型获得的表面数据文件的基础上,对数控加工中所需要的刀偏量进行了分析计算,产生了适合数控力。工的NC文件,加工出了绕线模具实体,并装配成功,经过厂家实用,达到了设计与使用要求,获得了满意的效果。
Based on the sculpture surface data file obtained by the computer aided geometric modeling the cutter offset required in the numerical control machining has been analysed and calculated The NC code file for numerical control machining has been produced. The winding mould has been made and assembled successfully. Used by the factory this mould has got the objective of the design and the application. Satisfactory effect has been obtained.
