K─H─V双摆线钢球行星传动减速器的研制──运动分析

摘要 双摆线钢球行星传动减速器是一种两齿差的新型行星减速器。其实现减速的部分由三个构件组成,即:两个端面开有短幅摆线材的摆线盘和一组按一定规律排列在两相对的摆线糟之间的钢球。不同于齿轮传动减速器的是,此减速器的共轭齿廓不是直接啮合,而是通过钢球为介质实现动力传递。本文对减速器的传动原理就具体的两种结构应用复极矢量分别进行了运动分析。 Double─cycloid ball plantary reducer is a newly developed two teeth difference reducer.The reduction device consists of three parts:two discs with trochoid groove on each surface.And a train of balls arranged in a uniform angular pitch between the two grooves which positioned face to face. Unlike the general gear reducer, this reduction device's profile dose not contact directly. It transmits power through the free rolier─ball that contact with both profile.In this paper, using polar complex vectors, the motion principle of the two practital type device is analyzed.
