摘要
本文阐述了建立滚子齿式凸轮机构动力学模型应主要考虑的具体因素,在此基础上建立了该机构的动力学初始模型,并在符合机构实际情况下作了尽可能的简化,给出了实用的三自由度动力学离散模型,进而利用能量法等效原理,推导出各构件的等效刚度和等效质量,分析了凸轮机构实际动态受力和间隙、阻尼以及油膜挤压。接触弹性的影响,建立了凸轮机构的运动微分方程。
The roller-gear earn mechanism's dynamics was researched and discussed theoretically in this paper. On the basis of having cosidered ail kinds of main factores as the modelling,it firstly establish the initial dynamic model,and then which was simplified into the mechanism's praCtical 3-freedom scattered dynamic model. ACcording to the equivalent principle of the energy method, the equivalent rigids and the equivalent qualities of the each components were inferred. Through analysing the influence of the earn mechanism's kinetic load, the meshing clearance, the damp, the oil--membrane and the contacting etheticity,lastly,the dynamic differential equations were given and discussed.
