量天尺肉质茎解剖构造的初步观察

A Peiliminary Observation of Fleshy Stem Anatomic Structure of Hylocereus undatus

记述了量天尺[Hylocereus undatus(Haw.)Brit. et Rose]肉质茎的解剖构造,表皮为5层细胞所构成的复表皮(multiple epidermis),皮层的外几层细胞为发达的栅栏组织等,均与一般双子叶植物不同;此外它具有叶退化,茎中含有大量储水组织(aqueous tissue)及粘液细胞等,有旱生植物特点,并长有气生根(aerial root)等又有湿生植物的特点。

In this paper, the anatomic structure of Hylocereus undatus (Haw.) Brit. et Rose fleshy stem is observed. The multiple epidermis is consisted of live lines of cells. The out line cells of peach is developed palisade tissue. It differs from normal dicotyledon plant. This plant has a characteristic of drought plant. For example, it has a degeneration of leaves and a large of aqueous tissue. In other hand, this plant has a characteristic of hygrophyte, for example, it has aerial roots.
