摘要
离子交换纤维是一种新型的高效的离子交换剂。室内试验表明:国产 Vs—2强碱阴离子交换纤维的脱色效能及再生效能均优于常用的脱色树脂。规模20t(炼糖糖浆)/d 的试验表明:离子交换纤维处理经双浮法澄清处理的清净糖浆,脱色率在75％以上,再生时间2～3h,并且仅需食盐一种再生剂。认为离子交换纤维作为精炼厂的糖浆脱色是可行的。
Ion exchange fibre is a newly developed ion exchange agent.It has been proved in laboratory study that Vs-2 strong basic anion fibre made in China has a higher decolorizing ability and a better regenoration efficiency than the corresponding resin.In pilot test when sugar syrup is clarified by double flotation treatment,followed by Vs-2 strong hasie anion fiebr,the decolor- izing ability over 75%,2～3 hours is needed for regeneration,and only Nacl solution is used for regeneration Vs-2 can be considered as a new material for decolorization for sugar refinery in China.
