摘要
The UN Security Council adopted on April 17 a resolution tightening trade sanctions against Yugoslavia in an attempt to intensify pressure on the Serbs to halt the fightings in Bosnia-Herzegovina. 13 of the Coumcil’s 15 members voted to endorse the sanctions. Ruessia and China ahstained.
