摘要
本文采用墨汁硝酸银水溶液局部动脉灌注方法,研究了鼠膀胱器官内淋巴管的构筑。所见结果表明:膀胱粘膜下层、肌层和外膜均存在淋巴管和毛细淋巴管,在粘膜下层淋巴管较丰富,三层淋巴管互相吻合,最后汇入外膜内的较粗大淋巴管内。在膀胱粘膜层仅见到丰富的毛细血管未观察到淋巴管或毛细淋巴管。
Chinese ink and silver Nitrate was injected into the arteries of urinary bladder of 10 rats and then the urinary bladder was observated under the microscope. The results showed that there were lymphatic vessels and capillaries in the submuciue tissue, muscular membrane and serius folds. in the submusciue tissue, lymphatic vessels and capillaries is muther.
