寒冷条件下大鼠甲状腺形态学改变

Effects of colld stimulation on thyroid morphalogic changes in mice

将健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠,置于不同低温环境中,结果发现:实验组甲状腺上皮细胞排列紊乱,胞核明显增大,胞膜溶解,滤泡腔不规则或变小,胶质减少或缺如,尤以实验Ⅱ组改变最为明显。表明寒冷刺激对大鼠甲状腺形态有一定影响,为低温领域的研究提供实验依据。

We observed the effects cold stimulation on thyroid morphalogic changes in mice with light microscope. The results are as follows: Normal thyroid cells arrange regularly. Thyroid cells arrange irregularly in experiment group. Cell membranes dissolve. The diameter of folliculus cavity lessen. The significant differences appear in group Ⅱ.
