摘要
探讨浇口杯侧壁倾斜角对浇口杯壁冲击力的影响。在分析有关倾斜角对浇注冲击力影响的现存计算方法之错误后,提出新的计算方法。据新方法指出,当倾角45°时,浇注液流对浇口杯底部和侧壁的冲击力相等,且使两处冲击力达最佳配合。
The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of lateral inclining angle of pouringbasin on the pouring impulsive force. After analysing the mistakes of present calculating on impulsive force, a new calculating method is put forward. According to the new method, when the inclining angle is 45 degrees, the pouring impulsive force of liquid flow acting on the bot-om and lateral of pouring basin are equal, and the forces in both sides are in the best coordi-nation.
