摘要
对4.50E×16型汽车钢圈在额定载荷、转弯及制动情况下的应力进行了有限元分析,得到了钢圈在上述三种载荷共同作用下的应力场,确定了危险点的位置及数值,为改进设计及工艺提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the stress analysis of the truck rim 4.5E×16 under the condition of the rated loading, steering and braking by using of FEM was presented, The stress field of the rim subjected simultaneously to the three kinds of loads mentioned above was obtained. The dangerous position was located and its stress values were calculated. The theoretic basis was supplied for impoving design and technology.
