摘要
China and Uruguay, in a joint press communique released on December 5 in Beijing, urged all signatories to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade to complete the Uruguay Round of Gatt talks within the year. The communique was issued at the end of Uruguayan President Luis Alberto Lacalle Herrera’s week-long China visit.
