摘要
送子衍宗颗粒剂能明显增加环磷酰胺损伤大鼠、小鼠的精子计数、精子活动率,并明显降低损伤动物的精子畸形率,P值均小于0.05:同时对环磷酰胺损伤大鼠的性及附性器官都有明显增重作用(P<0.05～P<0,01);对引起小鼠体内的血清睾酮之下降有明显恢复作用(P<0.05),而对血清黄体生成素之升高有下降作用,但无统计学意义。
Song Zi Yan Zong Granule could increase remarkably the sperm count (P<0.05), raise the rate of spermatic motility (P<0.05) and lower the rate of spermatic deformity (P< 0.05) to the rats and mice damaged form cyclophosphamidc. The granule could also increase obviously the weight of sex and accessory sex organs of rats damaged from the same and restore obviously the lowered blood testosterone of mice and reduce the raised blood luteotropin of mice which, but, is not significant in statistic
