摘要
本文报道了新疆细毛羊12种组织的 LDH 的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续电泳图谱,并对酶谱的区带数目、泳动率、相对含量及染色强度进行了分析比较。测定结果表明:12种组织的 LDH同工酶谱呈现明显的组织特异性。
In this paper,we studied polyacrylamide gel electrophoretogram of LDH(Lactate dehydrogenase) in twelve different tissues of Xinjiang fine-wool sheep.And ana-lyzed band number,dectrophoretic mobility,relative content and enzymic dyes intensivity ofenzyme spectrums.The results of measurement indicate that.LDH isozyme in the twelve tis-sues appears tissue speciticity.
