摘要
取7~20天的甘蓝型油菜与芥菜型油菜的杂种胚珠进行组织培养结果表明,不同的品种和不同的杂交组合对不同的培养基的要求和适应性不同。杂种结实率高,杂种胚珠培养的成苗率也高。对就得到的甘芥杂种胚珠的再生植株生物学和染包体数目鉴定确证为真杂种。
Taking 7—10 days ovule crossed with Brassica Napus and B.Juncea beingcultured,the results show that various breeds and crossed combination need different require-ments of media and adaptability.The higher the rate of hybrid fruit-bearing was,the biggerthe amount of hyrid ovule seedling would be.It is authenticated by biology and chromosomenumbers that the regeneration plants getting from hybrid embrid embryo crossed with Bras-sica Napus and B.Juncea prove to be a true hybrid.
