长绒棉自然早落叶突变体的研究

A Study on Leaf-full Mutant in Bony Cotton

对长绒棉双列杂交 F1混合种子诱变,获得自然落叶突变体,经五代选择和培育,育成Φ4.5—22自然落叶新品系,经三年品种比较,产量超过新海三号20～38%,纤维品质较新海三号稍好。它的自然落叶特性稳定,有利于机收和人工拾花,能提高收花质量和工效。

Mutagenizing on seed mixture of bony cotton,double F_1,we have acquiredleaf-full mutant,and developing a new line φ4.5—22 after selecting and breeding for fiveyears,through variety test of three years,The results showed that the cotton output not onlywas 20—38 per cent higher than XinHai3 but the fibire quaility was better than it,There-fore,it is a suited to mechanical havesting and picked cotton.On the other hand,it is increas-ing quaility and efficency.
