百岁老人外周血淋巴细胞微核、染色体畸变和姐妹染色单体互换的观察

An Observation on the Vein Blood Lymphocyte Micronucleus Chromosomal Aberration and Sister Chromatid Exchange for the Centenarians

对15例百岁高龄老人进行了染包体畸变(CA)、淋巴细胞微核(MN)、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)的观察。结果表明,年龄与自发频率呈正相关。

An observation on 15 cases of chromosomal aberration (CA) lymphocyte mi-cronucleus (MN) and sister chromatid exchange(SCE) for the centenarians has been carriedon and it's result shows that ages and spontaneous frequency is just relative.
