On Measurement and Assessment of Personnel Psychological Quality

人的因素是人-机-环境系统中的核心因素,现代心理技术学,特别是人员心理素质测评,应是人-机-环境系统工程的重要组成部分,本文着重论述人员心理素质测评的科学地位、体系建构、工作原则和有待解决的问题。

Human factor is the key factor in the system of human-machine-situation. Modern psychotechnology, especially the measurement and assessment of personnel psychological quality, should be the important part of this systematic project. This paper is to discuss the seienctific role, system constructure, application principles and some exsisting problems to be soloed.
