离退休干部人际关系的测查研究

A Survey About The Interpersonal Relation of Urban Retired Cadres

本文通过随机抽取68名行政副处或职称副高以上的离退休干部进行实际测查及结果统计,较详尽地讨论和分析了影响离退休干部人际关系的三大因素,即性格、社会活动和身体状况,文章进一步探讨了人际关系对离退休干部晚年生活质量的重要作用,指出人际关系与其生活满意感存在显著正相关,并对此作了分析阐述。最后,文章在归纳出的三条结论之上,根据离退休干部的具体情况和特有需要,就如何更好的改善他们的人际关系,以提高其晚年生活质量提出了五点建议。

The surveys and studies have been done for the interpersonal relation of the urban retired cadres analogous to and above vice-counties and associate professors in China by sampling at randon (N=68). The first, findings of the investigation show the status quo of the interpersonal relation of the retired cadres, and then three main determinants of their interpersonal relation are discussed and analysed in detail, Which are successively character, social activity and health. The second, the resuit indicates the notable positive correlation between the interpersonal relation and life satisfaction after quantitative analysis. It is expounded and emphasized that interpersonal relation has a very important effect on life satisfaction in the later years. At last, considering their specific needs and concrete conditions, five suggestions are proposed on three conclusions for making their interpersonal relation better in order to ensure them a high quality of life in the later years and also for the purpose of giving psychological referrences and helps to the solution of the problems among the elders.
