摘要
FRP恒温箱是石油工业测井用感应加温调校检测装置的主体件,其内装仪器、仪表的最高使用温度为250℃,技术要求严格。本文根据设计技术要求,通过对其复合保温结构外壳、环形波纹夹层结构内腔在交变温度场中运作的热应力、热稳定性分析,进行合理的结构、铺层、工艺设计,并实现箱体、箱盖整体成型。实验试用表明,其技术性能良好,达到各项预期设计指标,确能满足实际使用要求,同时也为FRP制品在250℃条件下长期应用作了有益尝试。
FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics)thermostated container is a master device of induction-heating-timing-detection unit which is used in well logging in oil industry, and the highest using temperature of the instuments and meters of inside are only 250℃ and the strict technicals are required. This paper analyses the thermal stress and thermal stability of the shell of composite thermal insulation structure and the bore of circle corrugated sandwich laminate which are operated in alternating temperature field, designs the reasonable constructurs, laminates and technicals, and attains the block mould of its body and cover. The results of experiments and practical usese show that the FRP thermostated container has very good technical characteristiscs and achieves the desired design qualifications. So it can surely satisfy the practical application requirements.
