硅改性对ZSM-5孔径的影响

摘要 用重量BET法测定了乙苯在几种分子筛催化剂上吸附量和脱附量与时间的关系,并依此推出了吸附和脱附扩散系数。根据乙苯在不同催化剂上扩散系数的变化可以判断,硅改性后命子筛的孔径发生收缩。350℃下用SiCl_4处理ZSM-5分子筛1h后,催比剂的孔径与Na型分子筛孔径相近。乙苯歧化反应催化剂的孔径调至与NaZSM-5分子筛孔径相近时催化剂择形性能最佳。 The values of adsorption and desorption of ethylbenzene on several catalysts at different time were measured by weighting BET method and the diffusivities of adsorption and desorption of ethylbenzene were calculated. The results showed that the micro-pores radii of ZSM-5 were reduced after it was modified by SiCl_4. The radii of the catalyst which was modified at 350℃ for 1.5 hours were the same as that of NaZSM-5 zeolite and this catalyst had high selectivity to the disporportionation of ethylbenzene.
