摘要
采用水泥与棉杆、玉米杆、麦秸等植物纤维的不同配比,可研制出植纤水泥复合板。本文主要分析了不同的水泥植纤比对板材的静曲强度、吸水率、厚度膨胀率等的影响,温度对板材线膨胀率的影响,选出较佳的水泥植纤比。该板材是一种理想的新型建筑材料。
With the different cement/plant-fiber ratios, the plant-fiber reinforced cement composite boards were made, that the plant-fibers included cotton stalk, corn stalk and wheat straw etc. This paper analysed the effects of the different cemant/plant—fiber ratios on static bending strength, water absorption and thick swelling of the boards, and the effects of temperature on the size swelling of the boards. The better ratios for the new building materials were selected finally.
