摘要
以棉杆复合板为例,对一年生植物纤维复合材料的力学性能受组分参数的影响进行了回归分析研究,推导出了3个主要组分参数含胶量μ、密度ρ和纤维形态系数κ与板材力学性能的函数关系,并计算出最佳的组分参数配比,从理论上分析了组分参数对力学性能的影响机理。
The regression analyses of the effects of constituent parameters on mechanical properties of annual plant fiber composites are studied, which take the composites with cotton shalk. The functions of mechanical properties of composites and the three main constituent parameters such as resin content μ, densiw ρ and shape coefficient κ of fiber are deduced, and the optimum constituent parameters are calculated. The effecting mechanisms of the constituents on mechanical properties arc discussed theoratically.
