摘要
本文应用组织培养枝术和下丘脑—腺垂体顺序灌注方法,研究了P物质(Substance p,sp)对Sprague-Dawley雌性大鼠离体腺垂体LH和FSH分泌的影响。动物按阴道涂片分为动情期组和间情期组,并分别设立对照组和实验组。实验结果发现,实验组(于下丘脑培养液中加入SP5μg/1μl),自组织培养后第三天起,垂休养液是中LH和FSH含量明显下降。在动情期培养的腺垂体LH含量下降较间情期组更明显,有显著差异。提示,SP对垂体LH生成有明显抑制作用。
The methods of tissue culture and seaquent perfusion were employed. The culture fluid from thehypothamic preparation was administrated into the culture fluid of the pituitary preparation. The effects of substance p(sp)on the secretion of the pituitary LH and FSH were studied on 20 Spregue-Dawley female rats, which were divided into Oestrus, Diestrus groups and the separate control groups.The content of the pituitary LH and FSH of the experimental groups(sp 5μg/1μl in the hypothalamic culture fluid 6ml) were greatly decreased after pituitaries were cultured three days. That of the LH was more greatly decreased during Oestrus than during Diestrus. The results of our studies suggested that the SP obviously inhibited the genesis of LH.
