含锆甲醇催化剂的比表面与催化活性 被引量:1

摘要 本文对一系列低压合成甲醇CuO-ZnO-ZrO_2催化剂的活性、氧化态及还原态BET表面进行了测定和比较。结果表明:能使铜锌锆三组份分散越均匀的制备方法制得催化剂的比表面越大,活性越高;含锆量对催化剂的比表面影响很大,随锆含量的增加BET表面增大,且氧化态和还原态的比表面渐趋一致;当铜锌比一定时,催化剂的BET表面越大,活性就越高,但并不是正比关系;具有不同铜锌比的催化剂不具有上述关系。 In this paper, a series of catalysts containing zirconium for methanol synthesis have been prepared. The catalytic activity and specific surface area are measured. It is obviously that the methods of catalyst preparation have significant effect on BET surface area and catalytic activity.The method that leads Cu、Zn and Zr components to more dispersive would exhibite larger surface area and higher catalytic activity. Zirconium oxide existed in catalysts can increase BET surface area, catalytic activity and thermostability of catalysts. The BET surface area of catalysts containing invarant amount of zirconium would increase as the ratio of CU/Zn increase. When the ratio of Cu/Zn is constant, the activity of catalysts increases as BET surface area change to larger, but the relationship between them is not in direct proportion.
