血清中抗双链DNA抗体的检测及其意义

Examination of sera anti-double stranded DNA antibody

用核酸酶S_1处理小牛胸腺DNA作为包被抗原,ELISA间接法检测37例SLE患者血清中IgG类抗双链DNA抗体,阳性率为的65.3％,活动期患者的阳性率为85.4％,用特异性抑制试验证明所检测的抗体是特异的。

The anti-double stranded antibodies from the sera of 37 patients with SLE have been examined with indirect ELISA method by use of calf thymus DNA as covering antigen .The total positive rate is 65. 3%and the rate of the active patients is 85.47%.It has been proved by the specific inhibition tests that the antibodies examined is specific.
