用PCR技术扩增三位点的DNA特异性片段对一车祸中发现的可疑皮肤组织和尸体肌肉组织进行基因型分析,结果表明可疑皮肤组织是人体组织,它和尸体肌肉不是来自同一个体而是来自人群中无关的两个体的机会只有9.1125×10^(-7)。

The DNA specific fragments in three loci was amplified with PCR ,and the genotype was analysed between the suspected skin tissue and the muscle tissue found in a traffic accident .The results demonstrated that the suspected skin tissue was derived from human being. The probability of the two tissues from two unrelated individuals is 9.1125 × 10-7.
