多普勒超声显像诊断胎儿脐带绕颈

Diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck by colour Doppler flow image

本文应用多普勒超声显像对55例孕妇、57个胎儿进行了检查。描述了胎儿脐带绕颈的B型图像和多普勒超声的图像特点。其中确诊脐带绕颈25例,漏诊1例,误诊2例,诊断正确率94.7％,敏感性为96.2％,特异性为93.5％。对绕颈脐带的周数判断符合率为88％,认为彩色多普勒超声是诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的有效方法。

Fifty-five pregnant women and 57 foetuses were monitored by using colour Doppler flow image. Of them 25 cases were diagnosed as umbilical cord around neck. The correct diagnostic rate was 94.7%, sensiticity 96.2% and specificity 93.5%. It is shown that the new technique colour Doppler flow image is high effective to the diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck.
