摘要
本研究采用荧光标记的RNase为探针,对脑脊液中免疫活性细胞及单核吞噬细胞中的RNA分布进行了观察。结果表明:淋巴细胞中RNA的量随细胞的转化,成熟而增高;在单核细胞的激活,成熟过程中,细胞核中RNA的量呈现由少到多的变化,细胞质中RNA的量先增加,再减少。这些变化与细胞在人体病理状况下的免疫反应有关。
The localization of RNA of immunocompetent cells and monocytoid macrophages in the cere-brospinal fluid was observed by flourescence labelling RNase' technique. The results indicate that RNA increases with the transformation and maturation of lymphocytes and that a similar change occurs in the activation and maturation of monocytoid macrophages. These changes are related to the immunoreaction of cerebrospinal fluid cells under the diseases of central nerve system.
