从1963-1987年,基本查清了斯氏狸殖吸虫病在贵州的分布。82个县、市中,62县、市有当地病人,48县、市发现疫源地。第一中间宿主有石门拟小豆螺等三种,阳性率0.4-1.9％;第二中间宿主有蟹类20种,阳性率1.2-56.6％。终宿主有果子狸等7种。中、小学生肺吸虫成虫抗原皮试阳性率为1.0-27.2％。
A survey of pagumogonimiasis skrjabini distribution was carried out in Guizhou from 1963 to 1987. The results were as follows: 62 and 52 out of 82 counties/cities were distributed with patients and natural foci of the dis- ease respectively. The first intermediate hosts were defined to be Pseudobythinilla shimensis,Tric- ula sp. and Akiyshia 'sagnos' chinensis, with a positive rate of 0. 4-1. 9% , while the second inter- mediate hosts to be 20 species of carbs, with a positive rate of 1. 2-56. 6%. The difinitive hosts were five species of animals. The positive rate of skin test to Paragonimus adult worm antigen ranged 1. 0-27. 7% in the primary and middle school students.
