益气化瘀利水方对兔膝骨关节炎组织形态学的影响

INFLUENCE OF HISTOMORPHOLOGY IN OSTEOARTHRITIS OF RABBIT KNEE JOINT WITH YIQIHUAYULISHUIFANG

目的观察益气化瘀利水方对实验性兔膝骨关节炎组织形态学的影响。方法按Colombo法建立家兔膝骨关节炎模型,并随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组(益气化瘀利水方)和西药对照组。中药组和西药组均于术后第5周起治疗,各组于术后第9周取材,取股骨外髁进行光镜及透射电镜观察。结果中药组和西药组在关节软骨退变现象的程度方面较造模组轻。结论益气化瘀利水方能明显减缓骨关节炎的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqihuayulishuifang on histomorphology of osteoarthritis in rabbits. Methods Osteoarthritic models were made according to Colombo′s method and then randomly divided into normal group,model group,Chinese herb group(Yiqihuayulishuifang)and NSAIDs group(Glucosamine Indometacin Enteric-coated Tablets). Chinese herb group and NSAIDs group were treated at the time of 5w after operation and all animal were killed at the ninth week.Articular cartilages were observed with microscopie and transmission electroric microscope. Results Compared with model group,the articular cartilage degeneration of Chinese herb group and NSAIDs group was apparently mild. Conclusions Yiqihuayulishuifang can postpone the occurring of osteoarthritis significantly.
