儿童中枢神经系统肿瘤129例临床病理分析

A Clinical Pathological Analysis of Tumor of Central Nervous System in 129 Children in Yunnan Provice

本文对我院36年间的139例小儿中枢神经系统肿瘤进行了临床病理分析,探讨儿童中枢神经系统肿瘤的特点。结构表明:小儿中枢神经系统肿瘤的特征是:恶性多、幕上多、脑中线部位多;呈形细胞瘤、髓母细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、颅咽管瘤发生率高;4岁以下儿童颅内压增高不叫显。本文还讨论了中枢神经系统良恶性肿瘤的有关问题。

A clinical pathological analysis of tumor of CNS in 129 children was carried out. The re- sults showed the features of tumor of CNS in children were as follows: Malignant tumor, the tumor on the middle line of brain were more frequent than normal. The morbidity of astrocytoma, medulloblastoma, ependymoma, craniopharyngioma were higher. Intracranial pressure increasing in children under four years of age was not observed. Some promblems of benign and malignant tumor of CNS were also discussed.
