The bed test of the hydraulic unit of the hydro-steering gear in the power split transmission is the crucial research method for system design and prior to road test. The paper discussed the constitute of the hydraulic unit and its test content, purpose, test principle, test method, as well as its conputer test system with the test result was instanced.
