摘要 The chlorination of O,O-dialkyl N,N-dialkyl thiophosphoramidates with phosphorus oxychloride proceeds with isomerization to give S-alkyl N,N-dialkyl thiophosphoramidochloridates,which react further with various nucleophiles in the presence of base to give the title compounds.
