摘要
眼镜蛇毒M组份对家兔实验性血栓形成有剂量(或浓度)依赖性的抑制作用,静脉注射0.05～0.2mg/kg使家兔颈动——静脉旁路血栓湿重减轻,维持时间在1小时以上,静脉注射0.3mg/kg时,抑制率为59.19％,M组份亦可使Chandler管中血栓湿重、干重减轻。
Fraction M from Naja naja atra venom has been dose-dependent inhibiting action on experimental thrombosis. Fraction M (0. 05～0. 2mg/kgiv) was able to reduce moist weight of thrombus of rabbit cervical A-V side road. The effect continued more than 1 hours. Inhibition rate of fraction M(0. 3mg/kg iv)on thrombosis was 59. 19%,Facton M was able to reduce moist and dry weight of thrombus in chandler tubes.
