矿物质饲料是动物机体健康成长和正常繁殖不可缺少的营养物质。笔者把那些在配(混)合饲料中,能够促进动物健康成长,且无毒害的天然矿物,称为饲料矿物。饲料矿物中具有开采应用价值者称为饲料矿产。现已开采的饲料矿产基本上都是非金属矿物,它的优点很多,可以“石”或以“土”
The mineral feed is an indispensable nutriment for animal growth and normal breeding. The mineral source may be divided into the natural and synthcticc types. This paper names the natural mineral promoting animal growth without poison among the mixed feed after feed mineral. By feed mineral resources we mean the natural mineral resources which economically may be exploited and may be used for processing mineral feed. Now the exploited feed mineral resources arc almost nonmctallic mineral rcsouccs which can replace food in character. To use feed mineral resources for producing mineral feed additive is a newly-rising industry at home and abroad.
