78 Cases of dysmenorrhea in different types (Upper Heat and Lower Cold:Cold and Damp; Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency etc. ) were treated with 4 kinds of cupping method(flashing, moving, pressing, shaking, rotating and blood-letting etc. ) with fairy good therapeutic ef-fects. The mechanism of them was discussed.
