摘要 The influences of acupuncture on blood pressure, microcirculation of bulbarconjunctiva and hemorheology of spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were observed, and themechanism of the effect of acupuncture on lowering the blood pressure of hypertension was in-vestigated from the viewpoints of microcirculation and hemorheology. Results show that the mor-phology and blood flow of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation and the hemorheology of SHRwere improved obviously after acupuncture treatment, and the blood pressure was depressed. Itindicates that the abnormal microcirculation and the changes of hemorheology can increase theperipheral resistance and result in the high blood pressure, and the mechanism of the effect ofacupuncture on depressing the blood pressure might have something to do with the improvementof abnormalities of microcirculation, and "high viscosity, high concentration and high aggregation"of blood, decrease of peripheral resistance and the balance of hemodynamics.
