颅内压监护中的脑脊液搏动波形分类探讨 被引量:3

摘要 本文在898个脑脊液搏动波形记录的基础上作出脑脊搏动波形分类的尝试。分类是根据脑脊液搏动波形的谐波关系及其外形不同作出,共有11型脑脊液搏动分型.在分型中发现不同类型波形具有不同的特征,各型脑脊液搏动波形有可能反映颅内空间代偿功能与脑血管活动性能状况,本分类有助于对病人颅内病理生理状况的了解。 A classification of CSF pulse waveform based on 898 records is reported. Eleven types of CSF pulse waveform were classified, according to the harmonic wave relation and the configuration of the pulse waveform. Some charateristic features of various types of CSF pulse waveform were found. Types of CSFPW may reflect certain intracranial pathophysiological conditions including cerebral compliance, cerebral vasomotor activity and intracranial elasticity.
