Inquiring Into Precision Machining for the Frame Parts of Gyro Compass

本文以垂直环为例,对陀螺罗经产品中的关键零件——陀螺框架类零件的精密加工和测量从技术、效率、效益等方面进行工艺分析与方案比较。探讨其一般的加工规律,提出一种利用简易设备加工框架类零件的工艺方案。

This paper,taking the Vertical ring as a sample,is preceded by analyzing technology,comparing plans and inquiring into its general machining law, regarding precision machining and measuring from the sides of technique,efficiellcy and benefit etc.The paper also discusses the frame parts of gyrocompass—the main parts among gyrocompass and puts forward a technology scheme of machining the frame parts of gyrocompass with a kind of simple equipment.
