摘要
本文重点介绍反淬火,高、低温循环处理工艺对Ly12合全的残余应力、显微组织、常规机械性能、微塑性变形抗力及尺寸稳定性的影响。同时,对高、低温循环处理工艺提高Ly12合金尺寸稳定性的机理进行了分析,确定了Ly12合金尺寸稳定化处理的优化工艺。
This paper mainly introduces the effect of anti—quenching and high-low temperature methods on remiants stress,microscopic organism,regu- lar mechanical properties,microplastic strain resistance and size stability of the alloy Ly12. It analyzes method of size stability of Ly12 in high-low tem perature. The methods of size stability of Ly12 are presented.
